Fragments of Giacomo Joyce are quoted in Richard Ellmann's James Joyce (Oxford University Press, 1959); other excerpts printed in Harper's magazine, January 1968. In the introduction here, Richard Ellman says: 'The manuscript was left by Joyce in Trieste and was saved from loss by his brother Stanislaus. It was subseuently acquired by a collector who prefers to remain anonymous.' This volume includes 'facsimiles of pages 1, 11, 15, & 16, reduced photgraphically by about one-half.' Dustjacket is mildly edgeworn. Not price clipped. Original price of $3.95 on flap.
