Octavo. {5 & 1/2' x 8 & 3/4'}. Dustjacket is missing. Brown cloth covered boards with gold lettering on spine. Library of Congress Classification number is written in white on darker brown splotch lower half of spine. Boards are worn at edges with bumped corners. Three-inch x two-inch ex-library book plate glued to top corner of front pastedown indicating this is from the collection of Library of the Meadville Theology School, paid for by the Robert Collyer Fund. The LCCN is again written. The rear pastedown has affixed a pocket with two cards indicating this title was check out at least twice. Opposite on the Free End Page is affixed a Due Date form. There are a couple other less distracting ex-library markings within. Also the hinge is starting to crack at the title page gutter, though it remains intact. The top textblock edge is tinted burgundy as issued, with mild dust staining considering its age. Else internal text appears without markings. (529 pages)
