The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill welcomes the definitive book for today’s oyster lover with a launch party for The Essential Oyster. Historic Roswell’s favorite local beach house is extending their half-price oyster happy hour to last all night long. James Beard Award Winner, Rowansen features portraits (by renowned photographer David Malosh), tasting notes and entertaining backstories of all the top oysters, as well as recipes from America’s top oyster chefs and a guide to the best oyster bars in his new book.

A Cappella Books will have copies of The Essential Oyster available for purchase and signing following the program. This event is free and open to the public.
