The Pulp Fiction Book Club
Location:
Manuel's Tavern
602 North Highland Avenue, NE
Atlanta, Georgia 30307
Starting in the late 40s, pulp fiction paperbacks exposed readers to stories filled with sex, drugs, and violence, and to great writers like Mickey Spillane, James M. Cain, and Raymond Chandler. We will read classic and contemporary pulp fiction from literature’s dark end of the street filled with shifty schemers, femme fatales, and morally challenged sleuths.
The Pulp Fiction Book Club meets at Manuel's Tavern on the third Thursday of each month at 7 PM.
