With tickets nearly gone for Emily St. John Mandel’s September 28 author talk at Wild Heaven, A Cappella Books is delighted to offer fans an additional opportunity to meet the beloved author and celebrate her new novel, “Exit Party,” at a special in-store signing earlier that afternoon from 2:30-4:30 PM.
Event Guidelines (Know Before You Go)
-Admission to the signing and photo line requires the purchase of a copy of “Exit Party," from A Cappella Books via the preorder link below or at the event. Please plan to be in line by 2:30 PM.
-To ensure that the signing line moves quickly, we ask that purchasers have no more than one other person with them in line.
-Photos will be allowed from the line only; we will have booksellers on hand to take your picture with the author at the signing table.
PLEASE NOTE: Street parking in Inman Park is extremely limited. We recommend using Uber, Lyft or taking MARTA. A Cappella Books is a short walk from the Inman Park MARTA Station and Little 5 Points.
If you cannot attend, we will keep your signed copy of “Exit Party" at the counter for pick-up, or you may contact us to have it shipped.

About the Author
Emily St. John Mandel is the author of six novels, most recently “Sea of Tranquility,” which has been translated into 25 languages and was selected by President Barack Obama as one of his favorite books of 2022. Her previous novels include “The Glass Hotel,” which was also on Obama’s list, was shortlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize, and has been translated into 26 languages; and “Station Eleven,” which was a finalist for a National Book Award and the PEN/Faulkner Award, won the 2015 Arthur C. Clarke Award among other honors, has been translated into 36 languages, and aired as a limited series on HBO Max. She lives in New York City and Los Angeles.
